Return & Exchange Window

  • Return & Exchange Period :20 days from the day you receive your package.
  • Condition :Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.


Free First Exchange 

  • Your first exchange (for size or color issues) is free of shipping cost.
  • Subsequent exchanges or returns are at the customer’s expense.

Canada : 7–14 business days

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping responsibility is transferred to the carrier. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you live in an apartment, gated community, or location that may be difficult to access, please provide clear delivery instructions at checkout to help ensure successful delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item, and we will do our best to assist you.



How to Start a Return or Exchange 

  1. Log in to your account, find your order, and click Request Return/Exchange.
  2. Fill in the reason and desired size/color.
  3. Generate a return label (first exchange shipping is free).
  4. Send the item back with original packaging.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send the replacement.
